(1/2025) WOW, this is delicious, old-school Feinherb Riesling! Ulli Stein makes some of our favorite Rieslings vintage after vintage, and his 2023 Himmelreich, made from 70- to 80-year-old ungrafted vines, is wonderful now and has the stuffing to age. This Feinherb is just barely off-dry, and Stein's wines always have excellent balancing acidity—this isn't a 'sweet' wine; it just has a slightly fuller mouthful and more of the classic Riesling notes we love!
