(10/2024) This certified organic blend of 65% Syrah and 35% Cabernet Sauvignon is really showing great. Full-bodied, with dark and rich flavors of plum, blackberry, forest floor, and rocky minerals, its a layered wine with plenty to discover. Texturally, it is soft and structured with medium-plus tannins, a sophisticated mouthfeel and an overall drinking experience that suggests a notably more expensive price tag. Like a Gigondas crossed with a left-bank Bordeaux. What a cool wine!
