(12/2022) Yann Alexandre builds this deep-fruited, richly textured Champagne from 60% 2018 base, with 40% reserve wine. It is a more hedonistic version of Yann's Roche Mere bottling, finishing with 8 g/l of residual compared to zero for the Roche Mere. Yummy is a perfect way to describe this exciting bottling.
