(7/2025) This bottling best defines the Toullec house style. Vibrant and beautifully balanced this equal parts blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir - with the core from his 2021 and 2020 harvests, 15% reserve wine is added from their large, solera-style perpetual reserve barrels. The resulting wine is about as classic and refined as you'll get in a core bottling, finished with a 3 g/l dosage yet offers enough fullness on the palate that you can serve it to anyone. Fantastic we're able to offer this grower Champagne for less than standard bottlings fom the big guys.
