(7/21/2021) Spiced pears, white peaches, lemon pie, nutmeg, butterscotch and flint on the nose. It’s medium-to full-bodied with fresh acidity and a creamy, layered and complex palate. Deliciously spiced and mineral. Very solid, with aging potential. Developing beautifully into a very serious chard. Get it.
