(11/2023) Absolutely delightful! This blend of 70% Pinot Meunier and 30% Pinot Noir was disgorged in July 2023. Though just 2 grams per liter, this ethereal bubbly does not present austerely. Instead, it is fresh and mild, with a fantastic mousse - how appropriate! Pure soulful joy with an airy mood. Put on the headphones, look at the rain or your love, and immerse yourself into this sublime bubbly.
