It is seamless and beautifully balanced, coming off fat on the mouth, yielding layers of buttercream, poached pear and baking spice laced Challah bread flavors. Medium to full-bodied with good underlying tension, enjoy now and over the next ten years. Drink 2024-2034.

It has enough zesty acidity to balance its plush Golden Delicious apple, nutmeg, toasted filbert and honey flavors. This wine is made with fruit from all over the state, proving the adage about a sum surpassing its parts.
