(8/2025) We have been HUGE fans of the Brandini wines since we met Giovanna Brandini in 2024. We had eagerly awaited the flagship 'La Morra' Barolo, and when it finally arrived, we were blown away. What we love most about the full range of Brandini wines is their effortless blending of freshness, power, and balance. There's tannin here, but it's already well integrated. There's plenty of fresh fruit notes - cherry and rose dominate - with hints of leather and earth. This is an excellent Barolo that drinks VERY well right now but will also age gracefully up to ten years old and beyond.
