(10/2024) From a base of 2015, this decadent, 100% Chardonnay bubbly spent 54 months in the cellar, and was disgorged in January of 2021, and today, with 3 more years under cork, is delicious. It shows wonderful mature flavors of honey, almond butter, lemon creme, baked pears and searing chalk and minerals. Finished with a 4 grams per liter dosage, it is harmonious and will appeal to those that like old school styles of grower Champagne!

(11/30/2023) A graceful Champagne, with a satiny mousse, revealing ripe apricot, mirabelle plum, preserved lemon, white blossoms and a streak of salty minerality enriched by hints of toasted hazelnut and pastry cream, all framed by well-knit, chiseled acidity on the long finish. Disgorged March 2023. Drink now through 2026. 500 cases imported.
