Legally only labeled as Bordeaux Blanc, this racy Sauvignon Blanc dominated white refreshes with a contemporary profile. Showing no new oak influence, its notes of lemon curd, green pear, green papaya and banana skin are given further exoticism with flashes of lemongrass and mangosteen. Refreshing with great versatility it can pair with traditinal dishes like lightly sauced chicken and pastas, but also Thai fish cakes, soups and salads. Vivacious with a tipple more texture than most Sancerre.
