(9/2023) Over the past two decades, the pure, crisp and ALWAYS delicious Graville-Lacoste has been the White Bordeaux we have featured more often than any other. Imported by Kermit Lynch and produced by the detail-obsessed Herve Dubourdieu, the 2022 vintage of this dry white blend of 60% Semillon, 35% Sauvignon Blanc and 5% Muscadelle is immediately lovable. It boasts delightful notes of melon, white peach, and yellow citrus fruits, along with light touches of thyme, wet gravel, creme fraiche and vanilla bean. This finishes with a lovely mouth-filling roundness and vibrant freshness that will pair perfectly with all seafood and poultry. Maybe its best feature, however, is just how tasty and easy it is to drink on its own!
