(1/2023) A remarkably traditional sparkling wine from the Western Cape of South Africa. Vibrant notes of Meyer lemon, buttered brioche, apple pie and hints of sea breeze and berries are lush and bright on the palate. Exceptionally well-balanced. Creamy, fine bubbles guide the way to a clean, lasting finish that will make you dream of oysters and lobster rolls. At our Sneak Preview tasting, this friendly bottle of bubbly made a lot of people smile, and found its way into many shopping baskets!
