(11/2023) The latest batch of our go-to Blanc de Blancs is a blend of 2013-2020 vintages disgorged in April of 2023. This classic 100% Chardonnay favorite was finished with 6 g/l, giving all that fantastic Gimonnet crunch we sometimes daydream about. Generous, with a lovely softness in the mouth, still packing chalky zip, with white citrus, apple skin, lemon balm and a long mineral finish. So perfect. So delicious.
