(11/2024) One sip is enough to realize that Joana Santiago has crafted a stunning next-level Alvarihno! While the 7.5-hectare estate has been in the family since 1899, Joana didn't begin bottling her wine until 2009. This 100% Alvarihno comes from a tiny parcel called 'Chapim' next to the old family home with clay soil and rolled flintstones. The flavors are beautiful with a mixed citrus basket including orange peel and grapefruit combining with white flowers, flinty minerality and balanced acidity to make this a stellar white wine.
