(9/9/2023) Delicious peach, pear and melon aromas here with chamomile and fresh herbs. Some licorice, too. Full of flavor and so alive, with a full body and a very fine, powdery texture. Wonderfully fresh, too; mineral and chalky on the long and cool finish. Sustainable. Drink or hold.
