(10/2023) This dense, authentic Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon is the 200th bottling from Kevin Mehra's 90+ Cellars, and he refuses to give us even a hint as to which prominent Napa Valley estate he bought it from! Handpicked grapes spent two years in neutral French oak barrels before getting bottled and aged further before release. Enticing aromas of pencil lead are rounded out with dark cherry and mocha flavors. This is a deep and rich wine that stays light on its feet, finishing elegantly with vanilla and spice. This wine checks all the boxes for a classic Napa Cabernet while staying under $40 - bonkers!
