(2/2026) Ever wonder what a sparkling Chablis might taste like? This is close! A blend of 70% Trebbiano and 30% Chardonnay from limestone rich soils close to the Adriatic Sea, this crisp, dry and refreshing sparkler from Celli in Romagna is bright, electric and very tasty! Look for lemon and white peach with notes of white flowers and chalky mineral. The palate is soft and creamy due to 8 months on the lees in tank prior to bottling. Yum!
