(10/2021) Christian Gosset builds this bone dry pink bubbly from 87% Pinot Noir and 13% Chardonnay, the vines averaging 45-years in age, all in the Grand Cru villages of Ay and Chouilly. Based entirely on the 2016 harvest, this is a delicious and complex grower Champagne that gives a range of light red fruits, flowers and bright acidity. Wow!
