Vin Chicago: 91+ Points

(9/2024) From the Terrasses du Larzac in the Languedoc, Winemakers Guillame and Hélène Baron bring us their stellar take on a classic blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah. The Grenache is dominant here at 55% of the blend, but this is darker, earthier Grenache that leaves the strawberry and raspberry notes behind and substitutes dark cherry, spice, and wild herbs. The blend is completed with 30% Cinsault and 15% Syrah. We are thrilled to be able to stock these wines now that they are finally available in Chicago!
