(11/2024) This blend of 50% Syrah, 35% Mourvedre, and 15% Grenache is a total knockout!. A gorgeous take on this classic blend, the higher percentages of Syrah and Mourvedre yield a wine that shows more dark-fruited notes with hints of wild herbs, smoke, and black olive. The tannins are present but supple from aging not only in demi-muid and barrique but also concrete egg. Fabulous now with the potential to age for another 10 years.
