(7/2024) Here's a modern-style Gigondas from an estate new to us - Pieblanc. It's purple in color, soft and easy, with raspberry concentrate and red flowers. Grenache notes of white pepper and subtle fresh herbs, with deft new wood tones of vanilla and spice, soft tannins, medium+ acidity - very refined and, dare we say, elegant.
