(3/16/2023) As always, the 2020 Costieres De Nimes Nostre Pais is all about elegance and finesse as opposed to power and opulence. A blend of 60% Grenache, 20% Mourvedre, 15% Syrah, and the rest Clairette, it has a spicy, red and black-fruited, leather, and dried flower-driven bouquet as well as medium-bodied richness and depth on the palate. With fine tannins and a terrific sense of purity and elegance, enjoy bottles over the coming 4-6 years. It's a year-in, year-out, smoking value. Maturity: 2023 - 2029.
