The first traces of the Servin family in Chablis date back to 1654. Now one of the largest owner-growers in the region, with 36 hectares of vineyards on the most famous hillsides in Burgundy. This Grand Cru bottling from their holdings in the Les Preuses vineyard boasts a vibrant bouquet of orange blossom, pear, seashell, and spring flowers. A firm, medium-bodied salinity is seamlessly balanced with fruit and acidity. The long and harmonious finish offers saline, pear, and honeyed lemon. Best now through 2030, this is a stunning wine that will highlight any dish.
