(10/2023) Perched high up in sunny southern latitudes, cooled by the Atlantic breeze, we have a very pure expression of volcanic terrunyo. This ashy, taut, old-vine red has laser-like acidity framed by just-there smoked cranberry fruit, chicory root and loads of earthy minerality. All the natural wine chops are here with a very minimal sulfur addition included at bottling. This is a charming vintage, but this singular wine still cries out for food to experience it really come alive!
