(8/2021) This bottling is made from Verdelho, a grape whose brisk acidity perfectly balances out the wine's sweetness. Aged in American and French oak cask in the traditional “Canteiro” system, this complex 10-year-old example has some residual sugar and is extremely versatile with a wide range of cheeses, desserts and savory dishes.
