Commonly known for its white wines the world-over, the prolonged skin-contact maceration in the crafting of this dry, delicious Pinot Grigio creates a light pink hue. A style of winemaking popular across Slovenia, Kobal's is very charming, easy-to-love. With notes of watermelon, red currant, raspberry and tart cherry layered atop a saline, mineral backbone - it's all you could want in alternative-take on rose!
