This bottling, produced from a few parcels in Bué that includes 'Clos du Chêne Marchand,' is a tier above the entry cuvées and is delicious. Incredibly dense, and packed with material. Fleshy and completely yummy, this salty, mineral driven Sauvignon Blanc is spicy, filled with citrus, orchard and tropical fruits, with herbs and gritty crunch. Long, fine and complex, this is next tier Sancerre.
