(12/30/2022) The 2021 Autrement is a bright, pleasantly rustic blend of 40% Gamay, 30% Mondeuse Noire and 30% Pinot Noir. It has a medium ruby color and is loaded with spicy aromas of tree bark, leather, tobacco, bitter citrus, graphite, pepper and quinine complementing a core of sour cherries. The medium-bodied palate is chalky and energetic with generous, spicy fruit and a long finish with a flourish of bitters-like accents. Drink Date: 2023 - 2030.
