(12/2025) Remi Leroy is a small grower-producer in the often overlooked Cote des Bar region of Champagne. Focusing on natural and organic farming, bottled unfined and unfiltered, this terroir driven sparkler is a great value. Pouring a visually appealing light salmon-pink color, this enticing Champagne is electric and incredibly easy to drink. It is composed of 60% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay, and 5% Pinot Meunier, with 70% 2020 as its base year plus 30% of reserve wines. We found delicious aromas and flavors of strawberry shortbread, gingerbread, citrus, and a lively streak of minerality. Pop, pour and enjoy!
