(9/2026) This 50/50 blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah from the Valle de Guadalupe is a seriously impressive big red. Reminiscent of Priorat, Aglianico the bold dark core of this wine is in harmonious maturity now - and was probably a handful in its youth. Warm-hearted with crushed briquettes, black raspberry, crushed stone, roasted Mediterranean herb - air helps ease the structure and salted black plum comes out to the forefront. This is one to pair with port roasts and long nights by the fire!
