(12/2022) A gorgeous blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Pinot Meunier, based on the 2017 harvest, all from a chalky-clay certified organic vineyard called Sous-les-Roses. The wine lives up to the name, presenting wild red fruits and flowers, wrapped in a mouth-filling explosion of deliciousness and complexity. Incredibly long now, it'll be amazing to drink in another 3-5 years.
