(12/29/2023) The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is blended with 10% Cabernet Franc and was matured for 20 months in 15% new French oak. It has detailed aromas of cassis, violet, coffee beans, bay leaves and allspice. The full-bodied palate offers concentrated fruit with tempered ripeness, a structural balance of velvety tannins and seamless freshness and a long, graphite-laced finish. 963 cases produced. Drink Date: 2025 - 2035.
