(8/30/2023) Bright nose of sliced apple, pomelo and grapefruit with a hint of spring meadows. Crisp and moderately juicy on the medium-bodied palate with an animating, very well integrated acidity. Long, properly dry salty finish with spot-on balance. A cuvee from more vineyards scattered across the region with volcanic and marine sediment soils. Drink now.
