(12/2022) Sourced primarily from Olivet Ranch Vineyard in the Russian River Valley, this is a gorgeous Pinot Noir. Ehren Jordan used wild yeasts and 30% whole cluster for the fermentation, raising the wine in a combination of new and used French oak. Appealing fruit is firmly grounded with freshness, bright acidity and a supple, plush texture, this is just what we want from a cool climate California Pinot. Layered flavors of wild strawberry, black cherry and raspberry are followed by notes of dark red flowers, tobacco leaf, button mushroom and vanilla bean. Allow some time for aeration and you'll love how the red fruit tones and palate silkiness open and expand, fully revealing the delectability of this wine.
