(8/2025) We fell in love with this luscious Oregon Chardonnay at first taste! The fruit here comes from both Chehalem Mountains and Ribbon Ridge. This wine is all about balance--it sees aging in 31% new oak, but it is wonderfully integrated and, instead of giving an buttery flavors, adds a bit of richness to the ripe fruit and is also tempered by vibrant, mouth-watering acidity and low ABV. Notes of orchard fruits and Golden Delicious apple burst from the glass. Only 700 cases of this artisinal Chardonnay were made, so grab a few bottles while you can!
