(5/2025) This excellent Crozes-Hermitage Blanc from Gilles Robin is a blend of 60% Roussanne and 40% Marsanne. The wine has all the viscosity of a Northern Rhone white, but the extra Roussanne adds a bit more acid to make a delicious and refreshing wine that explodes with notes of jasmine, white flowers, and marzipan.
