(8/3/2024) Fermented with 20% whole-cluster, this Pinot Noir gives so much depth and minerality, all at around $35. Approachable and lively now but still serious enough to lay down, aromatics of wild mint, spicy blood orange zest and a serious saline mineral streak. The palate is electric; red fruits and spice dance across a streak of saline minerality. Spicy red plum skin, white pepper and crushed ripe raspberries all play well with one another, finishing with herbaceous raspberry leaf and sea salt. Drinking Window: 2024 - 2035.
