What We Think

Vin Chicago: 90 Points

(1/2026) This wine is a blend of 75% Cabernet Franc from Michigan that is direct pressed and 25% Carignan from California that sees extended maceration. In addition to loads of red and purple berries, there are lovely spice notes of anise, black pepper, and clove. The hint of tannin works really well in this wine, giving it some extra depth.
