This is a fresh, fruity, funky red that is great with a light chill. We got notes of tart cherry, strawberry, raspberry, with a dose of volatile acidity. Totally crushable! We'd recommend finishing the bottle within a couple hours of popping the cork.

Sammay is a collection of juicy, easy-drinking and well-priced wines from Oriol. Sammay Negre is 100% Trepat from young vines on sandy clay soils around Conca de Barberá, hand-harvested and fermented whole cluster. About a week on the skins before aging in tank. Unfined, unfiltered and no added SO2.
