(2/2024) We were stunned at how ample this was for a seven-year-old upstate New York Chardonnay. It is clearly a higher-tier, small-production bottling; it has no business being this affordable. Lovely heft with cleansing minerals, it offers macadamia oil, white chocolate, yellow apple, mango essence and vanilla atop a narrowing finish. Drink this lovely wine now. We learned a little while back that when the proprietor of a great Chablis house blind-tasted this, he clocked it as Les Clos, the famous Grand Cru vineyard of Chablis!
