(12/14/2023) Based on the 2018 vintage and disgorged in January 2023, the latest release of Geoffroy's emblematic NV Brut Premier Cru Rosé de Saignée bursts with notes of sweet red berries, petals and blood orange. Medium-bodied, rich and fleshy, with powdery structuring phenolics, it sees a comparatively long, destemmed maceration that is kept cool with dry ice. Drink Date: 2023 - 2026.
