What Critics Think
Wine Spectator : 94 Points
(2/28/2025) A dark, ripe, weighty version, with black cherry, licorice and grilled sage notes framed by finely sculpted tannins that hold a muscular grip. Graphite shavings line the palate, adding power and seriousness. Toasted sandalwood and smoke mark the long, solid finish. Still quite tight, this will benefit from a bit of cellaring. Best from 2026 through 2034. 250 cases imported.

(9/1/2025) Already brimming with energy, the nose delights with floral overtones of jasmine and rose petals atop freshly pressed blackberry, black licorice, tarragon and light dark chocolate shavings. The palate is bold with a gentle touch of black plum and smoke, though it is still reserved. Vibrant acidity keeps it beautifully balanced, revealing its full potential after 2028+.
