(7/2025) A blend 85% Aglianico and 15% Merlot, the Terra Del Varo hits fast and strong with notes of spiced cherry and a touch of vanila. Black pepper emerges if given some time, which adds a totally new layer to this insantly-delicious bottling. Immensely tasty, hugged tight inside of a 13.5% ABV frame, we can imagine sipping this with a fresh pizza and its cold leftovers the next day, or with some saucy pasta! Aged for 24 months in concrete tanks followed by six more in bottle, this wine really rocks!
