(4/2023) The 2021 Pallagrello Bianco is impossible to ignore, lifting from the glass with a honeyed blend of dusty dried flowers, young peach and ginger. This is deeply textural, with medium-bodied weight balanced by brisk acidity and crisp orchard fruits. The 2021 finishes dramatically long and savory, with a mineral staining and dried apricot hints that gradually fade. Drinking Window: 2023 - 2027.
