(1/2024) This Alsatian blend is primarily Sylvaner (50%), followed by Gewurztraminer, Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, and... you get the picture. Aged on the lees for one year in stainless steel, this wine is packed with freshness and energy. The wine is intensely aromatic, bright citrus and apricot lead the way, with fresh herbs and minerality on the palate.
