(1/2026) We're excited to have this one-of-a-kind red back in our store. Imagine, a winery-aged, ten-years-young reserve red - for THIS price?! Once only imaginable in Rioja - this one hails from Italy's heel, Apulia, in the commune of Copertino. The grape is the imminently-ageable Negroamaro - and unlike its Spanish contemporaries, this one is aged without oak barrels! One of the cleanest, freshest iterations of this Vin Chicago favorite, it leads with hung salumi, dried cherries, dried red flowers, persimmon and dried Mediterranean herbs with a pinch of tobacco echoing on the fresh, chalk-tinged mineral finish.
