(5/2026) This compelling Vosne-Romanée comes from Louis Vallet's micro-negociant project; as soon as our tasting group tried it, we knew we had to add this elegant wine to our Burgundy racks. This is delicious the instant the cork is popped with a burst of red and dark berries. However, it will gain depth and complexity with air (or bottle aging) and integrate some darker, earthier notes with light tannins and minerality.
