(11/2025) When's the last time you had a wine from Molise? Never? You're not alone. Very few wines from the southern zone of Molise make their way to us, and as very few of those are Trebbiano! At six years of age, this fascinating dry white shows oxidative secondary flavors - the kind of flavors that ADD to a wine's complexity and character. Certified organic, this aged white gives honey and almond notes, with waxy yellow fruits, flowers and tense minerality. Try with scallops or shrimp pasta dishes - yum!
