(7/2022) Everything at Tissot is done by hand, without exception, and the purity of his approach is apparent here. Crafted from a biodynamic certified blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 20% Poulsard and 20% Trousseau, this wine sizzles with tangy light red fruits, including cranberry, raspberry and cassis. Disgorged in September of 2021, with no added sugar, the wine finishes long and crisp, leaving the drinker reaching to pour another thirst-quenching glass. Very much comparable to a $40 Rosé Champagne, it's a great buy for entertaining anytime over the next two years - they'll think you paid much more!
