(3/2026) This tasty sparkler is 100% Pinot Noir from two plots in Landreville in the Côte des Bar, the southernmost subregion in Champagne. Domaine Léon is known for making single vintage, single varietal wines, and the juice for this cuvée is entirely from the tremendously challenging 2021 vintage. This is a crisp, balanced Champagne with lovely white floral notes, almond, and a hint of cherry.
